Returns & Refund Policy for Decanter Sets & Barware at TheNix

Return & Refund Policy – NIX

This Return & Refund Policy is a binding part of the Terms & Conditions that all customers must agree to before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Damage & Shipping Disputes

  1. Customers must send a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to report damage or missing items.

  2. The video must start with the sealed outer package, show the entire unboxing process without cuts, and clearly display the damaged or missing product.

  3. NIX records and stores a packaging video before dispatch, showing the product in perfect condition, fully wrapped in bubble wrap, and securely packed.

  4. Once an order leaves our premises in perfect condition, as evidenced by our recorded packaging video, the risk of loss, breakage, or damage passes entirely to the customer. NIX shall not be held responsible for any transit damage, as liability rests solely with the courier/shipping partner. Customers acknowledge and agree to this condition by placing an order

  5. NIX will assist in providing documentation for the courier claim but will only process a claim directly if we cannot provide the packaging video.

2. Return Charges & Return Window

  1. Orders cancelled within 8 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Orders cancelled after 8 hours or returned after delivery will incur return shipping charges.

  3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all documentation. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

  4. Used products, even if returned or requested for replacement, will not be eligible for refund or replacement under any circumstances.

  5. If any product is found to be used, it will be returned back to the customer, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

3. Missing Product Claims

  1. All missing item claims must include a full unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

  2. Claims without proper proof will be rejected without exception.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Sale items, discounted products, or promotional bundles (including Decanter Sets and Barware) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  2. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Shipping Delays

  1. NIX uses trusted third-party couriers but is not responsible for delays once an order is shipped.

  2. All shipments are securely packed in proper carboard delivery boxes and tracking details are provided.

  3. Customers requiring urgent delivery must contact NIX before placing an order.

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 8 hours of placement.

  2. If the order is already packed or shipped, any refusal at delivery will be treated as a return.

  3. COD Orders — refusal of delivery may result in NIX declining future orders.

  4. Prepaid Orders — refusal or doorstep returns will not be refunded.

  5. Re-delivery requests will incur additional shipping and repacking charges.

7. Processing Time

Approved returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt.

8. Approval Requirement

All return requests must be approved by NIX in writing before the return process begins.
